Dear Students and Parents:
Thank you for your interest in the All THAT Mentoring program. Enrollment is as simple as 1, 2, 3!
1. Review the attached “Parent Information Handbook”
2. Submit an online “Mentee Application”. This application allows All THAT to learn more about your students’ unique background, and ways they hope to grow in the program.
3. Complete and sign the “Parental Permission Packet” (attached) This packet contains important forms that needs to be signed by BOTH students and parents.
We need BOTH the online application and this signed permission packet in order to complete each student’s enrollment in All THAT for the 2017-2018 academic year.
