Danella Hicks, Founder and Executive Director
As a Certified Public Accountant, I experienced a very successful financial career and held leadership positions in a variety of industries: a hospital, School Corporation, wastewater treatment plant, Fortune 500 public utility and finally, one of the tenth largest non-profits in the City of Columbus. I served in the United States Army for four years; raised eleven children (two biological, three from my marriage and six of my cousins who I relocated to Columbus, OH from Detroit, MI . Through it all, I have mentored hundreds of teenagers and helped them successfully navigate the hurdles of life. In February 2009, I fulfilled my life’s dream and founded All THAT – Teens Hopeful About Tomorrow, Inc. a non-profit after school and summer mentoring program. My mission is to mentor teenagers – supplying them with the skills and support they need to survive in today’s society; preparing them for a life of purpose, and assisting them in breaking the cycle of hopelessness, which often surrounds them on a daily basis.
